Deadlift Day

Gym Temp: 50°
Music: Wolves at the Gate, VxV

Warm up w/ walk, kettlebell swings, side bends and medicine ball slams.

Deadlift
135 + 40 lbs. chains x 5
225 + 40 lbs. chains x 3
315 + 40 lbs. chains x 3
365 + 40 lbs. chains x 3 - easy.

Husafell Carry
120 x 300' - very out of shape, abs went into terrible spasms.

Atlas Stone Loads (to 50" platform)
1 series of 120 + 180 + 180 + 210 + 240 x 1 - easier than last week.

Pull-thrus
70 x 12, 12, 12
