120 x 300' - easier than last week!

Atlas Stone Loads (to 50" platform)
1 Series of 120 + 180 + 180 + 210 + 240 - a bit slow on the 240.

Pull-thrus
80 x 12, 12, 12

Ab Wheel x 12, 12, 12

Lower back felt pretty tight afterwards.
