Deadlift Day

Took about a month and just did light Bandbell work to try and heal up. Did lots of walking and braced ab work also.

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk w/ exagerated arm swings, braced ab work, kettlebell swings and box jumps.

18" Deadlifts (raised deadlifts on blocks - common strongman event, using wrist straps for heavier sets)
135 x 5
245 x 3
335 x 3
425 x 3
475 x 3 - pretty easy, but wanted to start new program light, lower back felt fine, no pain at all.

Atlas Stones (to 50" platform)
120 x 3
180 x 3
210 x 3 - easy, no lower back pain.

Karlson Rows
2-25 lbs plates x 8, 8

Ab Wheel x 20, 10

Anterior Cable Push x 10, 10

Been going to chiropractor for the 1st time in about 7 years also.
