Deadlift Day....been lazy on posting

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, kettlebell swings and box jumps.


2" Axle Deadlift

410 x 3 - left biceps felt a bit twitchy......


Atlas Stones (to 50" platform)

1 Series = 120+180+180+210+240x1 - still left biceps felt a little strained.


"Country Crush" Seated Rows

160 x 10,10 - light due to left biceps.
