Deadlift Day

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk and kettlebell swings.


Deadlifts

135 x 5

225 x 3

315 x 2

365 x 3, 3, 8 - lower back fine!!!


Farmers Walk (weight per hand)

200 x 50', 50', 50', 50' - quick and easy.


Atlas Stones (to 50" platform)

240 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - stone wet from rain, but pretty easy.


Lower back still feeling good.
