Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, face pulls, kettlebell halos & windmills.


Strict Overhead Standing Presses

105 x 10 - felt some pain so stopped there, trying to add volume sets.


Tsunami Bar Pulldowns - slow with pause @ contraction.
