Warm up w/ 10 minute walk, goblet squats and box jumps.


SS Yoke Bar Squat

315 x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 - moderate for now, lower back/shoulder felt fine.


Chain Yoke

Sled Drags

Backwards 135 x 200', 200'

Forwards 135 x 200', 200'


Taking my time to start light and slowly work in strongman events while increasing weight.
