Medium-close Grip Incline Bench (index fingers on edge of smooth middle part of bar)

Band Triceps Pushdowns

Cross-body Hammer Curls

Supinated Alternating Dumbbell Curls

35 x 10 - left biceps was extremely sore and tight, felt like my old biceps tendonitis was flaring up, so I stopped there. I may back off on the direct biceps work for a week or two and ice to see if the pain doesn't just calm down.
