Warm up w/ 10 minute walk.


Deadlifts

135 x 5

225 x 3

315 x 2

405 x 5, 5, 5, 5 - lower back sore and tight.


Farmers Walk (weight per hand)

200 x 50', 50' - only did 2 sets due to tight lower back.


Atlas Stones (to 50" platform)

240 x 1, 1, 1, 1, 1 - pretty easy today!


Ab Wheel - 3 sets
