Yoke Walk

Sled Drags

Backwards 175 x 200'

Forwards 175 x 200' - just couldn't breathe so ended there, really felt drained today, not sure why. 


Sleeping is good - 8 - 9 hours per night.

Protein is good - 200g - 250g per day.

Recovery work has been going well (chiro, massage, hot/cold therapy, walking)


We'll see how the rest of the week goes.
