Bench Day

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk.


Steep Incline Bench (medium grip - pinkies on 32" rings)

45 x 5

95 x 5

135 x 3

155 x 2

165 x 5, 5, 5 - bringing bench slowly back in, shoulder felt decent.


Push-ups x 5, 5, 5 - last time these killed my shoulder, so I only did sets of 5.....these still hurt.


Country Crush Seated Rows

150 x 10, 10, 10, 10 - these just fry your grip and forearms!


Band Triceps Pushdowns

2xMini-bands x 50, 50, 50, 50

supersetted w/

Hammer Curls

35s x 12, 12, 12, 12


Supinated Alternating Dumbbell Curls

30s x 12, 12, 12
