Bench Day

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk.

175 x 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5 - felt really good today, been going to a massage therapist who has been breaking up the scar tissue in my shoulder - it appears to be working? This is the best my shoulder has felt "while benching".


Push-ups x 6, 6, 6 - easy, but again not really pushing these to any level right now.
