Deadlift Day

Gym Temp: 55°

Warm up w/ 10 minute walk.


Deadlift

135 x 5

245 x 3

335 x 2

425 x 1

475 x 1

515 x 1 - this is the most weight I've deadlifted off the floor since my shoulder replacement, my technique was horrible so it felt heavy while 425 and 475 felt like 135?? I just fell out of the groove and didn't sit back on the 515. I was way too forward over the bar. My shoulder felt OK which is good.


Husafel Carries (light)

Plate Row/Lifts (bumper plates on loading pin, lift by wrapping arms around rounded outer edges of plates like lifting Atlas Stones)

120 x 6, 6 - lifting as high as possible, on set #2 I felt a "pop" in my lower left back so I stopped there. 


Reverse Hyper-extensions

100 x 15


Leaning-Rest Holds (get into push-up position and hold for time, squeezing every muscle in your body as tight as you can)
