Steep Incline Bench (medium grip - pinkies on 32" rings)

170 x 5, 5, 5, 5 - shoulder seems OK.


Pushups x 5, 5, 5 - seems OK this time, but not going to push it.


Country-Crush Seated Rows

160 x 10, 10, 10, 10 - if you want to work on your grip and back at the same time, purchase one of these attachments.....it hurts.


Band Triceps Pushdowns

Supinated Alternating Dumbbell Curls

30s x 12, 12, 12 - Biceps tendonitis seems to be in check.....thank you Jesus!
