Warm up w/ 10 minute walk.


Deadlifts

2" Handled Farmers Walk (weight per hand)

200 x 50', 50', 50', 50'


Plate Rows (bumper plates on loading pin, lift by wrapping arms around rounded outer edges of plates, like lifting an Atlas Stone)

100 x 6, 6, 6 - lower back was fried, trying to lift these as high as possible.


Reverse Hyper-extensions

100 x 12 


Just ran out of time, hopefully I'll get in a few more sets of hypers and something for abs later today or tomorrow.
