Warm up w/ 5 minute walk.


2" Axle Squat (to high box, about 4" above parallel)

250 x 5 - that's about all my new shoulder could take, so from here I switched to the SS Yoke Bar - I'm trying to get a straight bar on my back again so I thought I'd start w/ a thick bar, do some warm up sets as I can handle, then move to the SS Yoke Bar when the pain gets too bad.
