Almost there.............

Gym Temp: 60 degrees

Down to 305 today and feeling OK. No deadlifts this week as I usually take every 3rd or 4th week off from them because of how taxing deadlifts are to your nervous system. Deadlifts are definitely in the top 3 exercises for strength and conditioning however you do need to let your body recover, especially if you're on restricted calories like me.

EZ bar curls
65x10, 95x10, 120x10
Biceps are one of those small muscles that take a huge beating in strongman competitions, so I no longer neglect them.

Kettlebell swings
