Again I had issues with my squats being very weak. Worked up as heavy as I could go for a single and did a back off set.
18" Box squats w/ leg raises between sets
135x5, 225x5, 315x3, 405x2, 500x1, 405x5
15 minutes of kettlebell work with 30 seconds rest between sets:
Halo chop 65x10, 10
Press 70x8, 8 each arm
Windmill 60x3, 3 each side
Clean and jerk 88x5, 5 each arm
Turkish get-up 60x1, 1 each side
Snatch 75x10, 10 each arm
Weighed in at 303 today and should break 300 soon. Once there, bye-bye weakness, hello food. I think my body is just in shock from losing weight so fast.
