Gym Temperature: 60 degrees- Heat Wave!

Went to sleep Friday with a lot of pain in my right shoulder. Saturday I woke up and could barely move my right arm away from my side. Sunday I woke up, went to church and realized "my shoulder feels fine today", strange. Thank you Jesus.
Squats
135x5, 225x3, 315x2, 405x8, 460x2 ?????
The 405 felt easy but same old story with the next set. No gas in the tank.
15 minutes of kettlebell work with 30 seconds rest between sets:
Halo chop 60x10, 10
Press 65x8, 8 each arm
Windmill 55x3, 3 each side
Clean and jerk 75x5, 5 each arm
Turkish get-up 55x1, 1 each side
Snatch 70x10, 10 each arm
2-1/2 more weeks and I should be at my goal weight. Then I can slowly start upping my calories again......or I may eat my leg off.
