Gym Temp: 55 degrees

Weighed in under 300 yesterday (298) so after today its back to eating more calories and hopefully getting my strength back.
3 board bench press (medium grip)
135x8, 225x5, 315x5, 365x5 nothing exiting here, that's about all I could handle in my calorie restricted state.
Several sets of ab rollers.
Barbell Complex (45 lbs. bar) ;)
Deadlift x 6 reps
High Pull x 6 reps
Squat Clean x 6 reps
Military Press x 6 reps
Jump Lunges x 6 reps each leg
Each exercise done one after the other without putting the bar down for one giant set. Rest 1 minute and repeat 4 more times. I know its only 45 lbs but it felt like 300.
