On the Comeback

4 Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

Felt much better today eating more calories. Strength is still not where it should be, but the next couple weeks should tell the tale if my plan is working.

Kettlebell Swings
50x450!!  I learned a valuable lesson today. I woke up with a kink in my upper back that would just not go away and found that swinging a kettlebell for 450 reps fixes almost any ailment ;  )
