Deadlift Day!

Tonight I will do some stretching and light reverse hyperextensions because my lower back and hams are tight and sore. The Reverse Hyperextension is one of the greatest inventions for lower back strength and rehabilitation. Thanks to Louie Simmons at Westside Barbell.
