Last 3 Days

Wednesday
Gym Temp: 60 degrees
Music: Sleeping Giant, Dread Champions of the Last Days

Dynamic benches (done with 1 minute rest between sets to work on form and speed)
135 + 80 lbs. of band tension x 3
185 + 80 lbs. of band tension x 3
210 + 80 lbs. of band tension x 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 these were done explosively! I use several different grips starting wide and working to a more narrow grip with each set.

It was pouring outside so I didn't do any arm over arm rope pulls. Instead I did the following:
Body rows holding onto Ironmind 6" Rings supersetted with thick bar pulldowns
Body weight/230 x 6, 6, 6

Husafell carries
Again with the rain I could only get my 150 lbs. stone off the ground. My 200 pounder is a very smooth granite stone and after dropping it on my foot several times, I opted for the 150.

Thursday
Did a bunch of grip stuff like last week; grippers, hub and Rolling Thunder lifts, stacker and sledge work.
