315 + 80 lbs. in chains x 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2 my speed was pretty good on these, felt strong!

Another light recovery day. Went to the chiropractor today to get my back adjusted (thanks to River of Life Chiropractic) Everything seems goods, a couple small aches and pains here and there but overall I fell really healthy and strong.
Time for the atomic cocktail!
