Light upper body sled drags
25 lbs.x200’ rear raises
25 lbs.x200’ front raises
25 lbs.x200’ face pulls
25 lbs.x200’ flyes
25 lbs.x200’ curls
25 lbs.x200’ French presses
This was done just to get a little blood flowing to the arms and legs for further recovery.
Keg carry and wheel barrow push
Carried 2 kegs @ 200 lbs. then 160 lbs. 50 feet and placed in a wheelbarrow, then pushed wheelbarrow back 50 feet to start. I think this is going to be one of the events at this week’s strongman contest but with heavier kegs @ about 250 lbs.
Well, all my training is done. I may do some light stretching and go to the chiropractor a couple more times just to make sure everything is where it’s supposed to be. Other than that these last few days are for eating, eating, and resting.
