Dynamic bench day



GYM TEMP: 80 degrees
MUSIC: Wolves at the Gate, We are the ones

Dynamic effort bench (for speed, I use several different grips starting wide and narrowing as the sets progress, with 45 seconds rest between sets)
135x3
185x3
225x3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3 these were very quick
275x3 quick

Triceps pressdowns
100x20, 20

Towel curls (hang weight in the middle of a towel and curl, ouch)
70x20, 20

Again this week was a deload week to back off a bit and let recovery occur.
