Power Clean and Jerks (actually I don't really do jerks, they're more of a push-press)

Planned on doing weight for distance (WFD) throws, but it was pouring rain. I did some kettlebell snatches instead.

Planned on doing some heavy farmers walks, but due to rain just did some quick dumbbell farmers walks.

Again planned on arm over arm rope pull. Substituted seated cables rows.

Today was another success. The rain prevented me from doing any highland throws or strongman events, but I still got in some training. My pec still feels OK and I've also been rehabbing an old shoulder injury, which feels OK too. So I can't complain. In fact, I Thank God for keeping my body together another day............................Word.
