Still not much pain

Temp: 77°
Music: Sleeping Giant, Dread Champions of the Last Days

Snatch Pulls
135 x 5
185 x 5, 5, 5

Hammer Throws
12 lbs. (women's light hammer) x 9
16 lbs. (men's light hammer) x 6 (all my throws were at about 50-60% so as not to stress the injured pec. Felt pretty good, a little pulling on my pec but not too bad)

Landrich Power System Hammers; the best money can buy!

Atlas Stones Loaded to 50"
120 x 4
180 x 4
210 x 4 (I took about 10 seconds between reps, pec feels OK, I used a little tacky on my hands)

Tools of the Trade; Tacky, Sleeves, and WD40 to remove the Tacky

Atlas Stones and Platform

Sled Drags
Forwards 145 x 200', 200', 200'
Backwards 145 x 200', 200', 200'

Ab Wheel x 3, 3, 3 (at least I could do full reps today, but didn't want to push it and re-injure myself)

Nothing Earth shattering, just getting in some time and hoping my pec and shoulder heal up. I'm still training very light and trying to build up very slowly.
